My whole, almost 10-year career I’ve worked in a male-dominated industry - economics and banking. The masculine environment, ”dude”-energy-filled meetings became immensely off-putting. With my example and courses, I want all women, men, and thems to feel like they can be fully and utterly themselves and still be taken seriously in their profession. I want people to shine brighter and brighter every day. I see that economic schooling is a democratic act - excluding people from the economic dialogue is elitist and a power move. It’s about time we make economics inclusive, fun, and sexy. We can save the world and still be cute and badass, right?
